You have questions, we have answers.

We understand that you may have some questions prior to agreeing to working with our team – that’s understandable, and we welcome them. (And for what it’s worth, we’ll have questions for you, too.) So before you meet with us, or perhaps before you even
pick up the phone, please take some time to peruse these frequently asked questions and get to know us a little better.

What is a discovery meeting?

A discovery meeting is a one-on-onemeeting where we learn about your financial situation and goals. In the current COVID-19 environment, meetings are held via conference call or Zoom. We also go over our process with you, as well as the tools and skills we bring to the table.

We take a holistic approach to investment planning. The wide range of services we provide are outlined on the “Our Services” page of our website (click here).

What does a clock tower mean to you?

We feel a clock tower represents a timeless structure that stays standing through everything life throws at it. Patient, reliable, and permanent. Like the hands of a clock, our strategies are designed to move relentlessly forward, progressing toward your long-term goals at a steady and reliable pace. Your future is extremely important to us, and we want you to feel that we are with you every step of the way.

What member(s) of the team will I work with?

We take a team-based approach to investment planning, which gives you the option to speak to any of the Financial Advisors on our team. While you will specifically work with one of the advisors, our team approach gives you the ability to have more than one perspective on your portfolio, in addition to always having someone to reach out to. How does communication work after I become a client?

Designed around asset and comfort level, our meetings range from annually to quarterly. With that said, we are always interacting with clients in between meetings. Our most valued tool is communication, and we feel that it is the most important part of building a strong, long-term relationship with you and your family.
* Fees for the Advisory program include Advisory services, performance measurement, transaction costs, custody services and trading. Fees are based on the assets in the account and are assessed quarterly. Advisory accounts are not designed for excessively traded or inactive accounts, and may not be suitable for all investors. During periods of lower trading activity, your costs might be lower if our compensation was based on commissions. Please carefully review the Wells Fargo Advisors advisory disclosure document for a full description of our services, including fees and expenses. The minimum account size for Advisory Programs varies.
