Our office is located at 120 Marshall Street in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, a historic building constructed in 1899 and situated within the Kennett Square Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The building was originally designed by George Franklin Barber, a prominent late‑19th‑century American architect whose work is recognized for its balance and attention to detail. For many years, the building served as the Kennett Square Borough Hall, functioning as a center of civic life and local governance. Its design reflects a period when public buildings were intended to convey permanence, stability, and pride.

We believe the setting matters. When we selected 120 Marshall Street as our home, we did so with intention. Kennett Square and this historic building reflect the values that guide our practice—continuity, stewardship, and thoughtful care over time.
